MedVentures was founded after experiencing first-hand what it takes to move, adapt, and work as a GP in New Zealand. We understand both the realities of rural general practice in New Zealand, as well as the journey Dutch GPs take when considering working abroad. With strong networks in both countries, we connect rural practices with motivated, well-trained Dutch GPs who are genuinely interested in contributing to local communities. Our approach is personal, transparent, and hands-on.
